​Sign up for new and renewal of existing APWA-MN sponsorships for 2026-2027 will be available in spring 2026. In the meantime, details on 2025-2026 sponsorship benefits and levels are available below. Email admin@apwa-mn.org with questions.

Who are APWA-MN members?

APWA-MN serves professionals in all aspects of public works. Our more than 1,100 members are employed by cities (69%), engineering and architecture consulting firms (16%), counties (8%), state agencies and higher education (5%), and suppliers and contractors (2%).

2025-2026 Sponsorship Details

​​Platinum Sponsorship

Annual Investment: $1,250

Platinum Sponsors receive the following benefits:

• Fall Conference Exhibit Space

* ​​Single indoor exhibit booth with furniture ($750 value)
* Includes exhibit hall admission for up to four booth staff per day (conference registration and box lunch not included nor required)

• ​Sponsorship at Annual Summer Golf Classic

* ​​Hospitality booth space at a tee box (exclusive benefit for Platinum sponsors) - limit of 29 spaces
* Post-golf dinner event admission for up to four staff ($100 value)

• ​Three feature news articles on the APWA-MN website home page and in the monthly Chapter newsletter

• One project spotlight article featuring the sponsor's Local Award submittal (if one is submitted)

• Recognition as a sponsor at the PWX Chapter Dinner and at the APWA-MN Spring and Fall Conferences

• Sponsor listing on the chapter website with sponsor logo and link

• Sponsor logo and recognition in the monthly APWA-MN e-newsletter

Annual Investment: $850

Gold Sponsors receive the following benefits:

• Fall Conference single indoor exhibit space

* Includes exhibit hall admission for up to four booth staff per day (conference registration and box lunch not included nor required)

• Annual Summer Golf Classic Course Signage (no tee box space)

* ​​Post-golf outing dinner event admission for two sponsor representatives (hospitality booth/sponsorship at golf event not required for this benefit)

• Two feature news articles on the APWA-MN website home page and in the monthly Chapter newsletter
• One project spotlight article featuring the sponsor's Local Award submittal (if one is submitted)
