Most challenging Public Works project you have been involved with: S. 4th Street in Marshall. Was the first Public Works project in Marshall that I was working on. I was still new to the City so had to learn the people, the project, the practice and the contractor "on-the-fly."
Most enjoyable Public Works project you have been involved with: S. 4th Street in Marshall. For the reasons it was challenging, it was incredibly rewarding to learn and execute the project that ended up turning into a strong success considering all the challenges.
Favorite Movie: V for Vendetta
Favorite Musical Artist/Group: Volbeat
Favorite Restaurant: Buffalo Wild Wings
Favorite Vacation you've been on: Galveston Island, TX
Hobbies/Extra-curricular activities: Spending time with my family, DIY projects.
At some point in my life I would most like to: Travel to all the continents...we can skip Antarctica.
Is there something about you that we would find surprising (e.g., are you a pilot, do you volunteer as a clown, are you a master gardener, etc.)? One of my favorite jobs was as a bartender. All the things that someone would hear and see, it was always an experience and was always different night after night.
Words of wisdom to share with the membership: It isn't worth living life with regrets. Every decision, turn and roll of the dice has brought you to this point. God has his hand on your life. You can take comfort in the idea that all you've done was part of His plan and it was meant to be.
