SAVE THE DATE: The APWA-MN Chapter will be hosting its 11th annual Feed My Starving Children food packing event on Thursday, October 14, 2021. We have 50 spaces at the Eagan location. The time is 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.

COVID-19 Safety Measures

Our sites are open and we're working diligently to make our sites as safe as possible. While COVID safety guidelines may vary from state to state where we operate, we will continue to follow CDC guidelines for operations across all packing locations. Before registering for a shift, please review these safety measures:

If you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19, have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or if you/anyone household is awaiting COVID test results please stay home.)
All volunteers are expected to follow CDC guidelines related to masks. Masks are strongly recommended for all staff and volunteers regardless of vaccination status. FMSC will not request proof of vaccination and trusts its volunteers and staff to make decisions that will best support the health and safety of its staff and volunteers alike. Please note that masking policies are subject to change by site as required by local regulations.
Masks that are not acceptable: neck gators, bandanas, masks with a valve or mesh (or any sort of holes), and face shields without a mask. Learn more about masks.
All volunteers will go through a verbal symptom screening. Learn more about screenings.
FMSC will still practice social distancing and our increased disinfecting and COVID-related cleaning protocols.
Volunteer group size is currently limited to accommodate social distancing requirements. Learn more about groups.
A reservation is required to pack. No walk-ins are accepted.
