APWA Minnesota is offering two stipends, one for a young professional and one for an experienced professional, covering the full registration fee of $639 for the 2026 North American Snow Conference, April 26-29, 2026 in Cleveland. 

1. Be 35 years old or under (YP Stipend) or 36 years or older (Professional Stipend).
2. Be committed to funding travel and lodging expenses for conference attendance.
3. Be a member of the American Public Works Association.
4. Be involved in and making contributions to chapter activities by participating in a committee or other chapter work.
5. Be interested in attending the 2026 APWA North American Snow Conference.
6. Be willing to share the conference experience with peers and the Executive Committee through an article submission about the event.
7. Have a demonstrated record of a desire to grow professionally and/or a history of contributions to the field of public works.

Note that additional costs including travel and lodging are the responsibility of the stipend recipient.
