Most challenging and/or enjoyable public works project you have been involved with: I have not been part of any public works projects in my current role. When I attended technical school in Superior, WI, I worked for the Street Department on the paving crew during the summer months. It was hard work but it was very rewarding to see the finished road.
Favorite Movie: Any action movie with Mark Wahlberg. Lone Survivor, Deepwater Horizon, Shooter.
Favorite Musical Artist/Group: Eric Church
Favorite Vacation: Big Sky, MT
Hobbies/Extra-curricular activities: I enjoy snowboarding with my fiancee during the winter months. Going to the lake on a nice summer day. Bow hunting for elk and deer in the fall.
At some point in my life, I would most like to: Learn to fly helicopters.
Is there something about you that we would find surprising (e.g., are you a pilot, do you volunteer as a clown, are you a master gardener, etc.)? I am the first of five generations in my family to not be a dairy farmer.
