Most challenging Public Works project you have been involved with: I am new to public works but have a long career in facilities management. My most challenging roles are always trying to balance the various needs that a building can require. For example, a healthcare and research facility that is also an open community center creates many unique challenges.

Hobbies/Extra-curricular activities: Biking, downhill skiing, gardening, knitting and gaming
At some point in my life, I would most like to: Go heli-skiing, riding a helicopter to the top of a mountain and skiing down

Words of wisdom to share with the membership: Buildings (or other physical spaces) should work for the people that are in them. Facilities should adapt to the users, not the other way around.
