Lauren Letsche, Stormwater Specialist for the City of Columbia Heights
Lauren is a proud Iowa State University Alumni currently living with her husband and twin boys in the northwest metro.
Lauren has over 7 years of public works experience, with the most exciting project of her career to-date being working on a retaining wall at the historical cemetery where John Deere is buried. She recently joined the YP Committee and also helps the chapter with the UUCIS program.
On the weekends, you might find Lauren exploring new places with the family, reciting the alphabet backwards to groups of in-awe strangers, or hanging out a Lord Fletchers with a basket of waffle fries and seasoned sour cream.
Lauren also indicated that:
- She is originally from Wayzata, Minnesota.
- Her favorite vacation spot to-date was a trip Miacatlan, Mexico.
- If she ever started a new career it would be to become a teacher.
