The first ever APWA-MN Young Professionals event was a whirl of a success.

More  than 14 young professionals from local governments and consultants meet in Maple Grove last month to play Whirlyball. This networking event was accompanied by a little friendly competition, but a lot of fun. Members and non-members shared positive feedback with us about the gathering, and the subcommittee hopes this will drum up even more interest in the group.

Next event: July 24 at Indeed Brewery
Our next event is scheduled for July 24, 4:30-6:30 pm, at Indeed Brewery in northeast Minneapolis. If you plan to attend, please RSVP to Eric Seaburg at eseaburg@goldenvalleymn.gov.   

The APWA-MN Young Professionals Group is n networking group of young public works professionals in Minnesota that serves as a resource for young professionals as they develop in their careers. APWA-MN members and non-members are welcome; young professionals are post-college/-school and younger than 40.
