2026 APWA-MN Mentorship Program

The APWA-MN Mentorship Program connects Young Professionals (YPs) and Experienced Professionals (EPs) for a meaningful mentorship experience! Build your professional network, explore new sectors of public works, and foster a collaborative mentor-mentee relationship.

Key Dates:

• Intake Surveys Due: January 9, 2026
• Kickoff Event: February 11, 2026
• Monthly/Bi-Monthly Meetings: February–November 2026
• Program Celebration: November 2026 (Date TBD)

Who Can Join:

• Mentees: YPs (35 and under)
• Mentors: EPs (36 and over)

Expectations:
Mentees lead the relationship by scheduling 3-5 meetings, setting agendas, and attending events. Mentors provide guidance, expertise, and support. The YP Committee will pair mentees with mentors, provide discussion topic ideas, and host social events.
