APWA-MN Technical Tour: Cottage Grove Low Zone Water Treatment Plant

Please join APWA Minnesota Chapter members for a technical tour of Cottage Grove’s Low Zone Water Treatment Plant, a recently completed facility designed to support long-term drinking water reliability and address PFAS impacts through advanced treatment processes.

Project team members will provide an overview of planning considerations, treatment approach, and lessons learned during design and construction.
