Technical Tour: Highway 10/169 Improvement Project

We are thrilled to invite you to an exclusive presentation and tour of the award-winning Highway 10/169 Improvement Project in the City of Anoka. This project was honored with a 2023 APWA-MN Project of the Year Award.

The Highway 10/169 corridor had been plagued with severe congestion, high crash rates, and limited pedestrian and bicycle access for decades. The City of Anoka, supported by MnDOT and Anoka County, and led by Bolton & Menk’s project team, developed and realized several improvements in the conversion of this corridor to a freeway while enhancing community connectivity. Join us to learn more about the vision behind this transformative project. The design team will share insights and provide a guided tour of the improvements.

Happy hour and networking will follow in historic downtown Anoka.
