APWA-MN Fall Conference Exhibit Opportunity

The 2018 American Public Works Association – Minnesota Chapter invites you to exhibit at this year’s Fall Conference, held November 15-16, 2018. For 2018, the exhibitor and sponsor booths will be in Carriage Hall B, all day on Thursday, November 15. The details are listed below. Please note that exhibit space is limited, and will be available on a first come, first served basis to APWA Platinum Sponsors and Gold Sponsors who selected the fall conference booth.

Location and Information

APWA MN Chapter Fall Conference

November 15-16, 2018 (first day of the conference in the evening)

Earle Brown Heritage Center, Brooklyn Center

Exhibit space will be set up in Carriage Hall B. Conference breaks and the evening reception will be set up within this exhibit area. Booths will be available on Thursday, November 15, during the day and the short evening reception (4 to 5 p.m.). Booths should be taken down at the end of the day on Thursday.

Registration Deadlines and Fees (Registration must be completed online)

The registration deadline for exhibitors is October 12, 2018. After this date remaining exhibit spaces will be released for purchase by non-APWA sponsors.

Each exhibitor is provided with two nametags that allow access to the exhibitor space and conference; additional booth attendees must register for the conference. Electricity is available at your exhibit for a fee of $80. If you choose to order electricity onsite Thursday, you must pay an onsite setup fee of $100, to Earle Brown Heritage Center directly.
