2021 Summer Golf Classic - REGISTRATION FULL

39th Annual Summer Golf Classic

Time: Registration is from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.

Shotgun start promptly at 11:30 a.m.

Dinner and Awards ceremony to follow at approximately 4:30 p.m.

Directions: Entering the above address into Google maps or GPS probably work best. However, you can access the course via westbound County Road 14 from Highway 65, or northbound Foley Boulevard from US Highway 10. At the course, follow the driveway to the bag drop (adjacent to the pro shop) and proceed to the parking lot.

Entry: $125 per APWA-MN member

(confirmation of membership required; the online registration system will handle this)

$145 for non-APWA member (see below for registration procedures and policy)

Includes: Greens fees, Golf cart, Prizes and Dinner

Lunch: The course will have food options available for separate purchase.

Format: 4-person Scramble (same format as recent years)

Registration Policies:

When you register online, you will be required to add a team name and the names of additional golfers in your group (no “To-be-determined” allowed). If people on your team want to register individually, they must indicate your team’s name, so they can be added to your team.

APWA membership number is required for membership rate.
Each foursome must have at least one current APWA-MN member.
Maximum number of participants for the event is 192.
During the Early Birdie registration period (registrations received before June 25), a maximum of five foursomes per agency/company can be registered. A foursome that consists of two or more individuals from a single agency/company will count against the maximum number, during the early registration period. Please coordinate and plan your foursome accordingly.
If space remains after June 25, this requirement will be waived, and registration will be open to all remaining registrants, thereafter.
If you do not have a full foursome, the event committee will pair you up within the available openings.
Priority will be given to registrations meeting all registration requirements, in the order of date received.
