PWX 2016 Microbrew Experience

Note:  Website registrations are no longer accepted, but a limited number of seats are available for walk-up on day of tour.  Cost is $50, payable upon registration.  A shirt is not included, but a limited number may be available for purchase ($15) while supplies last.

Hands up – who likes beer?

The microbrewery scene in the Twin Cities is vibrant and expanding, and this tour will teach your inner craft beer aficionado to speak Minnesotan.  If you can arrive in downtown Minneapolis by lunchtime on the Saturday before PWX starts (August 27) and you enjoy the taste of craft beer, join in this opportunity to experience some of the best beers the area has to offer!  Space is limited by microbrew seating and shuttle bus space, so don’t wait to register.  Registration limited to 58 beer lovers!

Here’s the plan –

2:00 pm                              Depart from the Minneapolis the Convention Center

2:15 pm to 6:15 pm          Experience three (3) of the area’s finest microbreweries

6:30 pm                              Completion of tour.  Shuttles will drop you back at Convention Center.

                     -OR-

  **You can choose to be dropped off at the Surly Beer Hall and Restaurant – a recently-opened “Destination Brewery” with a full dinner menu and 20 rotating beers on tap.  Cab or light rail transport on your own for remainder of evening.

Registration after August 25 is on-site only, is $50 and includes door-to-door transportation from the Convention Center to each brewery and back (unless staying at Surly Beer Hall), and one flight of beers at each microbrewery you visit (Additional beer available for purchase).  Shirts may be available for purchase on site, while supplies last. 

Local guides (who enjoy their beer as much as you do) will accompany and educate you on your tour stops

Due to production lead time, we will be unable to provide a commemorative shirt for any registrations made after August 13^th.
