PWX 2016 Fishing Excursion

Saturday, August 27, 2016 from 8am-10pm

Enjoy a true North Country experience, in the Land of 10,000 lakes, by spending the day fishing on beautiful Mille Lacs Lake, the second largest fresh water lake within Minnesota’s borders and one of the top fishing lakes in Minnesota. Located 1.5 hours from the Convention Center, try your luck at catching walleyes, smallmouth bass, and perch. The trip includes a stop at Cabela’s, a box lunch (with beverages. We’ll stick around through dinner (on your own) at Twin Pines Resort after a day on the water. Fishing poles, tackle and bait will be provided on the resort’s launch, or if you would like you can bring your own.

Registration is $50, fishing licenses must be purchased separately – see below. This event is limited to 31 registrants, so don’t delay in signing up!

You will need to purchase a fishing license, either ahead of time online at http://licenses.dnr.mn.us or at Cabela’s on the way.
