Second meeting of the year to discuss recommendations of the APWA Executive Committee regarding the white papers/position statements for the following topics:

Stormwater Treatment Standards
Permit Review Efficiency
NPDES MS4 2018 Permit
Organized Trash Hauling

Also, the Executive Committee was very supportive of the adopt-a-highway program. Matt Huggins is submitting the application to MnDOT and will provide additional information at this meeting.

We will also discuss Sherri’s conference call with the APWA National Sustainability Group along with pertinent local issues. If you have an additional topic you would like to discuss please forward to Michael Thompson to be placed on the meeting agenda.
